How we work, what we do in a break down:
- E & H Auto body will start by giving you an estimate based on a visible evaluation of the exterior damage on your vehicle. At times, there may be additional damage or unnoticed damage to your vehicle that may only be found when the repairs are started. E & H Auto Body will handle any unforeseen damage with the insurance company to insure that you will not have any extra out of pocket expenses. If you are a self-paying customer, there will never be a repair done without your approval. You can have their word on that.
- An appointment will then be scheduled for you at your convenience or if your vehicle is deemed unsafe to drive, a rental car will be delivered for you.
- Parts for your vehicle will then be ordered and once again, your vehicle will be evaluated for any hidden damages.
- Once all damages are fixed and repairs are complete, for example frame work or door repair, it is ready to be prepared for painting. This includes sanding, masking, being primed and sealed.
- By doing these steps, you can be assured that there will not be any overspray to any parts of your vehicle.
- The painting begins with a base coat and is finished with a clear coat. When the paint is dry, your vehicle will be wet sanded and buffed to a clean, clear shine. Another full inspection is made of the work done.
- The body parts will then be installed. If there are any mechanical issues, they will be addressed at that time, like an A/C charge or coolant. After another inspection, your vehicle will be washed, cleaned and ready for pick up!
